Apple Ginger Relish

  • 1 Opal Apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 inch fresh ginger stem, peeled
  • 2 scallions, light and dark green parts only
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 1½ tsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • Juice 1 lime
  1. Finely mince the peeled, cored apple, the ginger and the scallions. Toss with sesame oil, rice vinegar, and lime juice.
