White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1 lb white chocolate, finely chopped (make sure to use real white chocolate here, that contains cocoa butter in the ingredients, and ideally one that contains over 25% cocoa butter, such as Callebaut or El Rey)
  • 18 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 8 oz. unsalted butter
  1. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler, and cool. Beat cream cheese and butter together until fluffy, add white chocolate and beat until smooth. Chill before using.
