White Chocolate Plastic or Modelling Chocolate

  • 16 oz. white chocolate
  • ½ c. corn syrup
  1. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler. When the chocolate has melted, add corn syrup, and stir. Mixture will seize, but keep stirring, and then knead, until the mixture is smooth and pliable. Set aside at room temperature for at least 1 hour prior to use.
