Ingredients
  • 8 oz. commercial almond paste
  • 1¾ c. powdered sugar
  • 4 T corn syrup
Instructions
  1. Combine sugar and almond paste in a food processor and process until crumbly. With motor running, add the corn syrup and process until the mixture comes together. Knead a few times and it's ready for rolling.
