  • ¼ c. salted butter
  • 1 lb raw jumbo shrimp, peeled
  • ⅓ c. Irish whiskey
  • ⅓ c. heavy cream
  1. Melt the butter in a large saute pan. When the butter starts to foam, add the shrimp and quickly turn until the shrimp starts to color. Set the whiskey on fire, add the burning whiskey, then add the cream.
  2. Serves 2 hungry people for dinner, or 3 people as part of a larger meal or 4 as an appetizer.
