Prosciutto Gruyere Pinwheel Hors D'Oeuvres

- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed at room temperature for 10 minutes
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, more to taste
- 2 oz. prosciutto (about 5 slices)
- 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- Spread mustard on puff pastry, followed by 1 layer prosciutto, then cheese sprinkled over it all.
- Roll tightly, wrap in saran wrap, and chill for 15 minutes or until firm, up to a day.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice the roll into ½ inch thick slices. Arrange on a cookie sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Serve warm.
